Featured performers include <\/span><b>Bill Ortiz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Santana, Tony Toni Tone) on trumpet; <\/span><b>Jim Bogios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Counting Crows) on drums; <\/span><b>James Deprato<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Chuck Prophet Band) on guitar; <\/span><b>Kevin White<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Chuck Prophet Band) on bass; and longtime Karney band drummer <\/span><b>Jeff Herrera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Offering a message of hope in uncertain times on the title track <\/span><b>\u201cGonna Be Beautiful,\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Anna Karney encourages her listeners to not get discouraged and to keep moving towards a kinder, inclusive, and happier world as she sings \u201cTurn on the light \/ Keep the vision in plain sight \/ Bring it all into focus.\u201d Also coming soon is an official music video for the track to be released later in 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keeping her mind on social justice and positive messages, Anna Karney\u2019s lyrical content offers a sardonic and sometimes straightforward approach to many of the issues facing people today. Her musical influences include Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Patti Smith, John Lennon, Sheryl Crow, Chrissie Hynde, and Joni Mitchell.
